The remote king All For One needs to check out their website. I found a neat little entry in their scroll listings tonight. I am moving to new diggs, and have been cleaning out drawers, cabinets, closets, etc… I stumbled upon this little remote, and I thought, why not give it a go, I had used it before with success on some older systems. I mean let’s face it, DVD, DVR, TV, XBOX, Etc… Surround sound systems. Four or five remotes just don’t cut it. Currently I’m using three, So I wanted to try to scale down and use the all for one I forgot I had. Needless to say, the manual for the remote is long gone, so I visit the website for the setting instructions and the codes I’d need.

After searching the product number in the search box, and no results, I was casually looking for the remote to be listed in the drop down and I saw what surely isn’t All For One’s latest model. Check out the screen Shot. Just click on the thumbnail to get the full size image.

They should hurry and get this fixed. I will be kind enough to send them an email alerting them after I finish this post. Looks to me like an inside job.

UPDATE: After trying to send them an email I just reach a 404 Page. (A quite ugly one at that.) I guess they’ll have to discover this little hackery by themselves. I’m sure not going to make a phone call. Wow…
